At Doner LA, our mission is to help brands live their best creative lives by combining the entrepreneurial hustle of a digital-first start-up with the resource muscle of the Doner network.
As Chief Creative Officer, I lead everything from prospecting and pitching new business to building the creative culture vision for the agency and our clients, from the ground up.
We started Doner LA a little over 8 years ago in some weird dental office with no clients and no staff and have grown it to over 80 people and the billings to support an office of that size.
Doner LA is a truly modern “shop” with an integrated culture of creative thinkers who daily challenge the definition of the word “innovate.”
I am tremendously proud of what we built for DonerLA. Los Angeles is very a competitive market and I am just so happy we were able to attract such insanely talented people who created amazing work for incredible brands and clients.
